INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • Sea Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, green onions, cilantro, sesame oil, unsalted butter

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Chop cauliflower into florets. Working in batches, pulse a few florets at a time in food processor or blender until the
    cauliflower pieces are the size and shape of rice. Set aside.
  • Stir in chopped garlic and steam cauliflower rice for 3-5 minutes until tender.
  • Top up with optional ingredients as desired.
